1935 Voisin C25 Aerodyne has, among other exceptional things, ashtrays that look like Lalique crystal pieces





I'm not sure what these two dials are


that sliding roof again, but with a smooth arc along the entire top of the car

  1. The two dials labeled "Dufaux-Repusseau" are for adjusting the dampers on the shocks for various conditions (i.e., city, highway, country). Beautiful automobile. Thanks for posting.

  2. I'm pretty sure those dials are for adjusting the front and rear shock absorbers. I think Bugatti used the same or similar.
    And that geometric abstract interior is tres chic.

Did you see the post from a couple years ago where someone found some unused original Paul Poiret upholstery fabric? I can't remember where I posted it exactly, but they found the red, the black, and the blue

  3. my old peugeot had manual adjustment of distributor on the dash board; don't know why two knobs but 'avance/arrette' = advance and retard timing maybe?
